What we do
Precision 3 & 5 Axis CNC Routing
Precise, repeatable cuts in plastics and aluminum sheet and plate, holding tolerances as tight as .0005" using Heidenhain linear scales. Our routers use vacuum pumps to hold material down with no vises or toe clamps, and we nest every job for the best material utilization and fastest production times.

Laser Cutting

Deburr & Edgerounding
Utilizing our ARKU EdgeBreaker 6000, we deliver burr-free edges and consistent edge rounding on the outside profile as well as interior features, so parts are safe to handle and ready for finishing or assembly.

Forming
Accurate, consistent bends in sheet metal, from simple brackets to complex multi-bend parts.

Fabrication & Assembly
We turn cut and formed parts into finished assemblies, from prototypes and one-offs to full production runs. TIG welding for aluminum, stainless and steel, MIG welding for fast, strong steel joints, resistance spot welding for clean sheet metal assemblies, and automated PEM hardware insertion for nuts, studs and standoffs, all built to your drawings.
